摘要
针对代建项目取费迄今尚无统一标准的现状,从代建人风险偏好的角度出发,分析代建人风险偏好与取费方案设计的联系,同时基于效用最大化原则建立并求解了效用模型。列举代建取费方案设计的典型特例,以分析取费方案设计的一般指向。
So far there is still not general consensus among the extant researches and present practices about how to pay the agent in the agent construction projects. The relationship between agential risk-preference and the payment criterion isanalyzed from the standpoint of agent, which is the basis of the utility model followed. At last, a general guide-representative instances about the payment design is given.
