摘要
改革开放以来,农民工已经成为我国工业化、城镇化进程中涌现的一支新型劳动大军,为我国现代化建设做出了重大贡献。但是,由于多种因素,农民工在城镇的生存状态和权利状态存在着不少问题,特别是农民工自身法律素质欠缺这一因素更应引起人们关注。在研究农民工合法权益保护的过程中,应当重视和研究农民工法律素质教育问题,建立健全农民工法律素质教育的长效机制,以更好地维护农民工的合法权益,保障社会稳定、和谐、健康发展。
Since the reform of opening to the world, farm workers have become a new type of labor force for the development of industrialization and urbanization of our country. They have made great contributions to the modern construction for our country. But because of various factors, there are many problems of existent state and rights in cities and towns for farm workers. One of the deep reasons caused by some phenomena is due to the shortage of law quality of farm workers themselves. In the process of studying the protection of their lawful rights and interests, we should pay attention to their educational problems of law qualities and establish and perfect the long-term mechanism of their education for law quality in order to defend the lawful rights and interests of farm workers better and ensure the healthy development of social stability and harmony.
