摘要
知识型员工不同于普通员工的特征导致其需求因素的非同一般,而对知识型员工的激励策略设计必须建立在对其需求要素的把握之上,即从协助知识型员工成长需要和成就动机的实现、给予知识型员工更多的自主性、为知识型员工提供良好的环境支撑和建构独特合理的薪酬体系等方面对知识型员工进行激励。
The characters and requirement factors of knowledge workers are different from common staffs, so incentive strategy to knowledge workers must be based on their requirement factors. We should carry on the following strategies to incent those workers, such as helping them realize success, giving them more freedom, supply good enviornment support and constructing reasonable pay system.
