摘要
以黄连解毒散提取时的药材组合方式为考察因素,分为5个组并分别用乙醇浸提,在210.0-500.0nm波长对浸提液进行扫描,对各图谱的特征峰进行研究比较。结果显示,5个样品图谱特征明显,可鉴别出黄连解毒散缺失的一味药材。用图谱能较好地监控黄连解毒散的质量。
According to the difference of Chinese herbal medicine component of Huanglian Jiedusan, the samples were divided into 5 experiment groups. The samples were extracted with EtOH. The light absorption of extracts were determined by scan from wavelength 210.0 nm to 500.0 nm. Absorption spectrum got from each sample has distinct characters, if there is lack of one ingredient.
