摘要 日本“建筑物综合环境效率评价体系(CASBEE)”是当前国际上较有影响力的绿色建筑评价体系之一。本文简要阐述了绿色建筑评价体系的概念和发展历程,对日本建筑物综合环境效率评价体系的评估框架、评价方法以及优势和不足进行了详细介绍及分析,并且指出该体系对建立我国绿色建筑评价体系的推动作用以及对我国绿色建筑设计实践的指导意义。最后,论述了绿色建筑评价体系在我国的发展前景。 The Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency (CASBEE)created by Japan is one of the most influential green building assessment systems in the world. This article discusses the concept and developing history of green building assessment system, gives a detail introduction and analysis of the framework, estimate method, advantages and disadvantages of CASBEE. Meanwhile, it points out the CASBEE's driving function on the constitution of green building assessment system and its guiding function on green building practice of China. At last, it describes the developing prospect of green building assessment system in China.
