摘要
目的检测送检馒头中甲醛次硫酸氢钠含量;方法样品经水汽蒸馏后,用乙酰丙酮法及GB/T5009.34-2003方法分别测定样品中甲醛和二氧化硫含量,计算样品中甲醛次硫酸氢钠的含量;结果与结论两种方法受外界环境的影响小,适于实验室检测食品中吊白块的含量。
Objective： To establish a standard method to judge and determine the contents of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food; Method：GB/T5009.34-2003 and acetylacetone spectrophotometric methods; Results and Conclusion：The methods were suitable for the determination of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in the laboratory
