E-selectin and Acute Lung Injury

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是临床上一种常见的危重病症,ALI早期肺血管内皮细胞的损伤起着关键性作用。E选择素是惟一仅限于活化的内皮细胞表面表达的黏附分子,是白细胞与内皮细胞形成接触时的启动因子,它在ALI的诊断和判断病情危重程度及预后方面的价值越来越受到重视。近年来国内外有关ALI的动物模型研究表明,拮抗E选择素有可能成为治疗ALI的又一新途径。
