摘要
电线覆冰是影响电网安全运行的重要因素。影响覆冰的自然因素很多,例如地形、风速、电线直径和海拔高度等。电线覆冰会导致杆塔荷载过大,导线弧垂变大,脱冰时导地线因为跳跃发生鞭击等。在工程设计中应加强对微地形的调查,尽可能避开重冰区段,要注意覆冰重现期的选取和气象数据的获取。在气象数据获取较困难时,可将该地覆冰数据与其他地方的数据建立关联。总之,要综合考虑安全和经济,采用合理的覆冰取值。
Transmission line icing is hazardous to power grid safety. There are many natural factors that affect icing, such as terrain, wind velocity, cable conductor and altitude, etc. Iceed lines will cause poles and towers overloaded, increase conductor sag, and make ground wire collide during deicing, etc. In the engineering design, survey of local terrain has to be strengthened to avoid heavy icing region. One should also carefully select reappeared period and acquire weather data. If such data are difficult to get, one can correlate local icing data with data from other areas. Generally, icing data should be chosen based on safety and economy considerations.
