摘要
对铜合金的模锻工艺进行了研究,指出了设计与生产过程中应注意的模膛加工精度的要求、加热、防止偏心打击、润滑和炉膛清理等问题以及相关的预防措施,锻造出来的铜合金支撑体符合要求。
The die forging technique for copper alloy, particularly the heating technique, lubrication of die and thermal treatment after forging, was complicated. A study was made on the forging technique, including the manufacturing of die impression, heating, prevention of eccentric hammering, lubricating, and cleaning of furnace cavity. The corresponding measures were also presented.
