摘要
报告侧颅底占位病变２８例，其中良性１３例，恶性１５例。根据原发部位和侵入侧颅底区的范围，采用不同手术进路予以切除。良性者术后均未见复发；恶性肿瘤术后的３年生存率为５００％，５年生存率为３７５％。对侧颅底的有关解剖、手术进路的选择。
Of the 28 cases of masses in lateral cranial base, 13 were
benign and 15 were malignant. Resection of masses was performed with
different approaches according to the primary region and affected
areas in lateral cranial base. There was no relapse in benign group
during the follow-up over one year. In malignant group, a 3-year
survial rate was 50% and a 5-year survial rate was 37.5%. Anatomy of
lateral cranial base, selection of surgical approaches, complications
and repair of defect in lateral cranial base were discussed.
