摘要
大众体育权是人权的组成部分,维护公民的体育权益是政府职责。本文分析了制约大众体育权益的因素,并从政策法律、政府管理、产业、社团和社区等方面,阐述了大众体育权益的社会保障系统。
As part of human rights, masses＇Sports rights should be guaranteed by the government. This paper focuses on the factors that restrict its development and analyzes its ensurance system through several aspects such as law, government administration, industry community and so on.
