摘要
近20a来,反义寡核苷酸在治疗人体内蛋白质异常引起的各种疾病上的作用越来越受到研究者的关注,特别是其特异性强、高效低毒、用量少以及与化疗、放疗具有协同作用的优点,成为攻克肿瘤的新希望。本文主要介绍了反义寡核苷酸的作用机制、常用于研究的反义靶标和其在眼部肿瘤上的研究进展。
In recent twenty years, the therapy action of antisense oligonucleotides in all kinds of diseases which caused by the abnormal protein in body has evoked the attention of the research workers, especialy it' s advantages such as powerfttl specificity, high performance ,low toxicity,low dosage, the synergy with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, becomes the hopeful method to cure the tumors.
