摘要
目的探讨壁虎粉平喘的部分作用机理。方法采用卵蛋白致敏激发豚鼠哮喘为模型,观察壁虎粉干预组、氨茶碱对照组和哮喘模型组动物哮喘发病情况,肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中EOS含量及豚鼠肺组织病理学的改变。结果壁虎粉和氨茶碱组BALF中EOS含量明显低于哮喘模型组,病理学提示壁虎粉能抑制局部炎症细胞浸润、保护气管粘膜的完整性。结论壁虎粉可通过抑制气道炎症,促进EOS凋亡等途径发挥平喘作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the effect of gekko powder on asthma. Method The guinea pig was sensitized by egg albumin to determine the outbreak of the asthma in the groups of gekko treatment, theophyUine control and asthma. EOS in BALF was counted and the pathological changes in the lungs of the guinea pig models were measured. Result EOS in BALF of gekko powder group and theophylline group was significantly lower than that in asthma group. It suggested by pathological change that the gekko powder can inhibit the invasion of the inflammatory cells and protect the intactness of the mucous membrane. Conclusion The gekko powder plays an anti-asthma role on inhibiting the inflammation in the respiratory tract and inducing the apoptosis of EOS.
