肝细胞生长因子在肾脏生理和病理过程中的作用

摘要
HGF虽然是因为刺激肝细胞有丝分裂而被发现，但是随着研究的深入，其在肾脏疾病的发生发展中，乃至正常肾脏的发育形成中起的重要的作用受到人们的重视。在目前的研究中，许多作者都已从多方面阐述了HGF在肾脏疾病中的保护作用，这可能为肾脏疾病的治疗提供新手段。
