As one systematic engineering, estabhshing harmonious campus should adhere to the scientific approach of development, set up human- oriented concept firmly, grasp the scientific connotation of harmonious campus, increase the capability of estabhshing harmonious campus, open up the means to estabhsh harmonious campus, and promote the harmonious development of schools and society.
