摘要
心理辅导在高校日益普遍化,心理辅导技术也成为辅导教师的必备技能。有效的心理辅导应建立在良好的师生关系的基础上,辅导教师可以利用共情、尊重与温暖、积极关注等技术建立这种关系。还要在会谈中发挥及时反馈、自我暴露等技巧来实现对学生的影响。
The psychological coaching has become general in college.The technology of psycological coaching is also the ability which the coaching teachers must possess. An effectual psychological coaching should be established on friendly relationships between teachers and students.This relationship can be founded by coaching teachers with empathy,respect and warmth ,positive regard,etc.ln interview,teachers can influence the students by the skills of forehanded feedback and selfdisclosure.
