摘要
为探讨水溶性聚酯浆料浆液性能,以对苯二甲酸二甲酯、1,2-丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇和间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠为聚合单体,通过酯交换-缩合聚合反应方法,合成制备了水溶性聚酯浆料,并对溶液性能进行了分析。结果表明:水溶性聚酯浆料热粘稳定性优良,具有相对较低的表观粘度、适宜的吸湿性、良好的水溶性和成膜性;水溶性聚酯浆料溶液属于非牛顿流体,温度升高,浆液假塑性行为降低,粘度稳定性提高,有利于浆液对纱线渗透和均匀上浆;水溶性聚酯浆料溶液的表面张力为55 dyne/cm,更适合表面张力较大的亲水性纤维纱线的上浆。
Size property of water-soluble polyester size mixture was discussed, dimethyl terephalate, 1,2-propylene glycol, glycol ether, dimethyl isophthalate-5-sulfonate sodium were chosen as polymer monomer to develop water-soluble polyester size mixture by ester interchange and condensation & polymerization reaction methods, size property was analyzed. The result shows that water-soluble polyester mixture has better thermo-bonding stability, lower apparent viscosity, more suitable moisture adsorption, better water solubility and film-forming property. Water,soluble polyester size is non-Newtonian fluid, size pseudoplastic property is reduced and viscosity stability is enhanced with the enhance of temperature, it is feasible for yarn imbue and sizing, Surface tension of water-soluble polyester size is 55 dyne/cm, it is feasible for wetting sizing of hydrophilic "fibers yarn with higher surface tension.
