摘要
为改善接枝淀粉的接枝结构、降低单体价格,研制了低剂量共辐照引发低配比接枝淀粉浆料,并对其进行了均聚物含量和接枝率的表征。在浆料粘度、粘附力、浆膜机械性能等方面与原淀粉、氧化淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉进行了对比。指出:辐照接枝淀粉的上浆性能较其他淀粉类浆料性能优异;低配比、低辐照剂量节约了原料成本,简化了生产工艺。
Low ratio graft starch initiated by low blending ratio oxygen irradiate was developed to improve graft structure and reduce monomer price of graft starch. Its homopolymer contents and grating degree were tested. Size viscosity, cohesion force, size film mechanical property and so on of this graft starch are compared with that of raw starch, oxidized starch, phosphate starch and acetate starch. The result shows that sizing property of prepared irradiate graft starch is better than that of other starches size mixture, low ratio and low dose irradiate can save materials cost and help production processing.
