摘要
介绍了在MasterCAM自动编程中,合理选择刀具补正方法及设置相应加工参数来控制零件尺寸的加工精度。以电极加工为例,介绍了MasterCAM每一种补正方法的应用特点,通过在半精加工、精加工中合理设置加工余量和补正量来保证零件的加工尺寸的精度。
The method how to reasonably choose the cutting tool compensation and the processing parameter to control part size processing precision in MasterCAM automatic programming was introduced. By the electrode processing example, the application char- acteristic of each kind method of cutting tool compensation in MasterCAM was introduced. The part finishing size precision request was guaranteed by setting reasonable processing remainder and compensation in the semi-finishing.
