摘要
为解决干涉型光纤传感器的相位漂移问题,通过对双光束光纤干涉仪输出光强信号的理论分析和数学推导,阐述了信号各种成份的特点和作用,设计出基于反馈控制稳定工作点的干涉仪解调方案.不但解决了相位漂移的问题,而且给出了解决输出信号波形反相问题、PZT复位噪声问题、光功率起伏直接影响解调结果问题的方案.仿真和实验获得了稳定工作点于正交状态的理想结果.
By theoretical and mathematical analysis of the output signal of laser intensity of a fiber optic interferometer, the characteristics and function of the signal are demonstrated essentially. The interferometer demodulation method based on feedback control work point has been designed. Not only the problem of phase shift is settled, but also the method is given which can settle the problems such as wave retroflexion, reset noise of PZT, and optic power fluctuation influencing demodulation results. The results of simulation and experiment are perfect.
