摘要
以元宝山矿二井塌陷区为研究对象,对所研究对象的经济、环境和社会效益三者进行综合评价。在分析前述三大效益的基础上,抽取出各效益中主要因素作为评价指标,构建综合评价指标体系,进而采用模糊综合评判的方法,建立模糊综合评价模型,对该土地恢复利用项目进行综合评价,最后得出评价结果,取得了较好的效果。
This paper is to make an synthetical evaluation aimed at economy, environment and social benefits of dent area in Yuanbaoshan 2nd mine. Based on the analysis of the above benefits, we firstly extract the main benefits factors as evaluation indexs, then build a synthetical evaluation index system, and put up a fuzzy syn- thetical evaluation model by the way of fuzzy synthetical decision. Making use of the above built model, we synthetically estimate the project about ground restored utilization; finally a satisfying evaluation result is found.
