摘要
以苯乙烯和二乙烯基苯(DVB)为单体,AIBN为引发剂,采用本体聚合的方法,得到在高频下具有低介电常数和低介电损耗的交联聚苯乙烯(PS),对交联PS进行了性能测试和表征。结果表明,随着DVB用量的增加,交联PS的介电常数、介电损耗、冲击强度和损耗模量峰值均逐步降低,而玻璃化温度逐渐上升。同时,随着DVB用量的增加,交联PS的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的变化趋势均是先增加后减小,在DVB质量分数约为1.8%时,出现最大值。
Low dielectric constant and loss crosslinked PS was synthesized via bulk polymerization, with styrene and divinylbenzene (DVB) as monomers, AIBN as initiator. Thedielectric and mechanical properties of the crosslinked PS were tested characterized by means of Network Analyzer, Izod Impact Tester and Dynamic Mechanic Analyzer. The results showed with the increase of the content of DVB in the copolymer, the dielectric constant and loss, the impact strength and the loss modulus peak values of the crosslinked PS decreased gradually and the glass transition temperature rose slowly; and at the same time, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the crosslinked PS increased at first, and then decreased, and the maximum values presented when the mass fraction of DVB was about 1.8%.
