摘要 通过对铝及其合金一般阳极氧化工艺的技术改进和探索,提高了产品的装饰性、物理性能及化学性能,解决产品零件因涂装涂层不环保的技术问题,尤其是铝及其合金仿不锈钢阳极氧化,外观质量可以同国外产品相媲美,完全可代替涂装工艺,且生产效率高、成本低。提高了产品在国内外市场的竞争能力。 Through out improving technology and exploring commonly technics of anode oxidation on aluminum and its alloy, we enhanced the ornamental effect, physical property and chemical property of our production, solved the technic problem of coating on the accessory was environment- unfriendly. Especially when we simulate anode oxidation of non - corrosive steel with aluminum and its alloy,our productions could compare with the foreign ones in both appearance and quality. They absolutely can replace the technology of application and have better efficiency and lower cost. All of this improved the competitive power of our production in the market of at home and abroad.
