摘要
自然界的万物之间,差异是绝对的,均衡是相对的。当代社会的均衡,是建立在利益多元化基础之上的,它能容纳种种差异,容纳多方的利益冲突,并在容纳差异——缩小差异——激励差异——再缩小差异的不断循环中提升社会的文明层次,推动社会的进步。后发地区在构建和谐社会的过程中,一定要立足现实,承认差异,重点抓好提倡艰苦创业,坚持以人为本;重视模式选择,坚持科学发展;利用后发优势,坚持改革开放;推进社会公平,坚持民主法治;建立和谐社区,坚持发展稳定;增进社会和睦,坚持党的领导等关键环节。
Absolute diffrence and relative balance exist among all things in nature. In modern society,the balance is based on the diversified interests, it can involve the conflicts of interests among many parties, and in the continual circulation starting from containing the differences,narrowing the differences to inspiring the differences, renarrowing the differences, it can lift the social levels of civilization and propel the society forward. In the process of building harmonious society in undeveloped area, we must be down-to-earth,admit the differences and pay special attention to such key links as： advocation of doing pain staking pioneering work,adherence to taking humanity as the foundation; focus on the option of models, insistanee on scientific development; utilization of the undeveloped advantages, perseverance in reform and opening policies; propelling of social fairness, sticking to democracy and legal system; building of harmonious community, adherence to steady development and the party＇s leadership, promotion of social harmony and so on.
