摘要
对某制药厂开启式螺杆压缩机组进行噪声测量和振动分析,根据噪声的分布和特性以及振动频谱诊断出制冷机的运行故障和噪声来源,制定出消除故障和降低噪声的方案,并在此基础上,通过优化复合吸声结构的参数设计制造隔声装置,从而消除安全隐患和改善工作环境,为大型机组的故障诊断和噪声控制提供借鉴。
First the vibration of chiller with open screw compressor operating in a pharmaceutical factory was analyzed;the faults and noise sources of the unit were determined based on the frequency spectrum and noise distribution and the project for eliminating faults and reducing noise was established according to vibration-acoustics analysis.And then a sound insulation cover was built by optimizing some parameters of the compound sound-absorbing structure.This method can provide the reference for faults diagnosis and noise control of the large-scale units.
