For four consecutive years, the Ministry of Agriculture has convened large-scale academic exchanges and expositions, and held international seminars on Guangxi＇s no-till/seedling-throwing method of dce cultivation. Agricultural scientists from home and abroad, as well as officials with the Ministry of Agriculture, have all bean keeping a close eye on its development and implementation.
