摘要
京珠高速公路广韶扩建工程水泥混凝土路面基层采用贫混凝土基层结构,为提高工效,决定采用碾压工艺施工,但碾压贫混凝土基层在国内应用较少,现行规范找不到依据。根据施工需要,对碾压贫混凝土基层配合比设计进行了探索,首次采用RA法评价碾压贫混凝土基层的工作性,为该工程大面积施工提供合适的施工配合比。该成果的应用,对现行施工规范是一个补充,可推广使用。
Lean concrete base course structure is adopted for cement concrete pavement base course in Beijing - Zhuhai Expressway Guangzhou - Shaoshan Segment expansion project. In order to meliorate efficiency, it is decided to adopt rolling process in construction. However, application of rolling type lean concrete base course is not many in China and there is no basis found in current criterion. As per demand of construction, design for rolling type lean concrete base course mixing ratio is studied, and for the first time, the RA method is employed to evaluate the function of rolling type lean concrete base course, so to offer suitable mixing ratio for large area construction in this project. The successful application of this achievement is a supplement to existing construction criterions and may be popularized.
