摘要
本文分析了中国电力工业政企分开的实质及其特殊性；指出电力工业政企分开后必需建立透明的管理；阐述了电力工业政企分开应具备的社会经济条件。
Essence and speciality of sparation from government and enterprise in Chinese electric industry havebeen discussed in this paper. Author points out that eletricindustry should establish diaphaneity management and corresponding social and economic condition.
