摘要
在城市土地利用过程中,居民、开发商心理因素的影响不可忽视。对居民、开发商心理因素的分析要依据不同心理因素的特点和心理作用的不同发展层次,把个人心理因素分为目标清晰的理性因素以及目标模糊的感性因素两种形态。理性因素的分析可以采用主成分分析和因子分析法;而感性因素的分析首先要采用灰色系统分析以及模糊数学分析。在此基础上,本文主要探究包含理性、感性因素在内的拟合模型,以求模拟居民、开发商等土地消费者心理因素对区位的影响。
In the course of the urban land using, psychological influence of residents and developers can't be ignored. According to the developments level different from psychological function of characteristic and different psychological factors, analysis on psychological factor of residents and developers should divide the individual psychological factor into two kinds of forms of perceptual factor with fuzzy purpose and rational factor with clear goal. The analysis of the rational factor can adopt main composition analysis and factor analysis approach; andperceptual analysis of factor should first adopt grey network analysis and fuzzy mathematics analysis. On this basis, this text probes into mainly the model of fitting that includes rational factor and perceptual factor, in order to imitate the influence on position of consumer's psychological factor of urban land using, such as residents and developers.
