摘要
本文以经济全球化为背景,首先回顾了竞争力的发展历程,然后分析核心竞争力的涵义以及具体实施方面。再剖析城市核心竞争力的主要内涵,进而阐述经济全球化和新经济对城市竞争力的影响,最后指出在全球化的背景下政府应如何发展核心竞争力,构建城市发展战略。
The paper is based on economic globalization. Firstly, it reviews competence＇s development and analyzes the meaning and Implementation of city core competition. Secondly, the connotative meaning of city core competence is researched. Thirdly, it expatiates on the effect on city competition system that the globalization and the new economy have. Lastly, it points out how to develop the core competence and construct the city development strategy.
