摘要
冷换设备是石油炼制装置中重要的设备,冷换设备的腐蚀已严重影响产品的质量和装置的正常运行。通过对中国石油化工股份有限公司西安石化分公司炼油装置冷换设备的运行情况剖析,概述了冷换设备的腐蚀类型、分析了腐蚀原因及机理,提出了冷换设备在低温系统宜采取工艺防护、耐蚀材料及工艺防护和表面处理(涂料、Ni-P镀)相结合防腐蚀措施,高温部位则采用耐蚀金属材料。
Heat exchangers are the critical equipment in petroleum refinery process units, whose corrosion will have a great impact on the normal unit operation and product quality. The corrosion types, causes and mechanisms of heat exchange equipment in the refinery process units of Xi＇ an Petrochemical Company are analyzed and corrosion protection measures such as process protection plus application of corrosion -resistant materials and process protection plus surface treatment （coating, Ni- P plating） are recommended for the low - temperature environment and corrosion - resisting materials for high - temperature service.
