东辛油田注水系统腐蚀结垢机理研究 被引量:9

摘要 文章对影响东辛油田注水系统腐蚀结垢的因素进行了分析,研究表明影响结垢的主要因素有温度、压力、pH值和盐含量,影响腐蚀的主要因素是pH值、盐含量、溶解氧、温度、CO_2含量和H_2S含量。对东辛油田污水来讲,盐含量、溶解氧和细菌是腐蚀的主要影响因素;结垢的主要因素是盐含量和pH值。应用饱和指数法可预测碳酸盐结垢的趋势及腐蚀的大致趋势,用热力学模型可以预测硫酸盐结垢的大致趋势。油田污水系统的腐蚀属电化学腐蚀,可用自由能和标准电极电位判断腐蚀发生的倾向。 The factors affecting the corrosion and fouling of water injection system in Dongxin Oil Field are analyzed. The analysis shows that, the major factors impacting fouling are temperature, pressure, pH value and salt content, and main factors affecting corrosion are pH value, salt content, dissolved oxygen, temperature, CO2 and H2S concentrations. For waste water in Dongxin Oil Field, the salt content, dissolved oxygen and bacteria are the major impact factors for corrosion, and salt content and pH value are main factors for fouling. The fouling and corrosion tendencies of carbonates can be predicted by saturation index technique and fouling tendency of sulfates by thermal dynamic model. The corrosion in oil field waste water system is electro- chemical corrosion, whose development tendency can be detected by free energy and electric potential of standard electrode.
