详细介绍工具条的概念、组成元素、类型;论述工具条作为图书馆新的信息服务形式在图书馆中应用的若干优点,概述其在国内外图书馆中的应用现状;分析适合创建图书馆工具条的几款工具软件及其各自的特点;最后,介绍工具条在图书馆中的具体应用实例。
This paper introduces the concept, elements and types of toolbar in detail. As a new way of library information service, the advantages of toolbar are discussed. It also presents the application of toolbar in libraries at home and abroad and analyzes the characteristics of several kinds of software for developing library toolbar. Eventually, the authors introduce the implementation of toolbar in librariese of Ningbo Institute of Technology and Wanli University in Zhejiang Province.
