高职学院毕业生的就业教育是学校思想教育重要的环节。毕业生对未来的选择,对国家和个人来说都是关系重大的,尤其是新形势下,应引导毕业生用正确的择业观去思考问题。要正确处理好国家与个人、眼前利益与长远利益、局部利益与整体利益的关系.
The employment education of graduates is a very important point in the ideological education in professional colleges. The choice of the graduates matters greatly the benefit of the country and the individual. Especially under the new situation, it is necessary to guide the graduates to think with rational job- choosing view. It is essential to deal correctly with the relationship between country and the individual, short- term interest and long- term interest, partial and entire interest.
