摘要
分析了光纤陀螺应用于油井测斜的优点,研究了供油井测斜仪使用的光纤陀螺系统。该测斜仪的传感器由三轴光纤陀螺系统与三轴加速度计组成。根据测斜仪小型化、中精度和低成本的要求,专门设计和研制了适用于油井测斜仪样机的椭圆形光纤陀螺系统,该系统的3只光纤陀螺共用1只SLD光源,使用了单模消偏方案。性能测试验证了该方案的有效性。陀螺的输出精度达到0.3(°)/h,可满足测斜仪的要求。
The advantages of fiber-optic gyroscope (FOG) applying in deviation logging were analyzed, and a FOG assembly for inclinometer in well logging was researched. The sensor of the in- clinometer is composed of 3 mutually orthogonal FOGs and 3 mutually orthogonal accelerometers. Aimed at the requirements of miniaturization, medium precision and low cost, a FOG assembly with ellipse fiber-optic coils suited to prototype of inclinometer is purpose-designed and developed. The 3 FOGs of the assembly share one SLD light source, using single mode depolarization scheme. The performance test of the FOG assembly validates the effectiveness of the scheme. The measurement precision of the FOG assembly reaches 0. 3(°)/h, it meets the requirement of inclinometer for well logging.
