番茄苗期耐盐性鉴定指标初探 被引量:29

摘要 采用50、100、150、200mmol/LNaCl盐溶液4个浓度处理,对耐盐性不同的番茄品系进行胁迫试验。结果表明品系间差异显著,抗(耐)盐性弱的品系长势较弱,株高、茎粗、干物质量下降明显,而抗(耐)盐性强的品系苗长势强,株高、茎粗、干物质量较稳定;同时抗(耐)盐性弱品系的盐害指数显著高于抗(耐)盐性强的品系,而且植株干鲜比变化趋势也与抗(耐)盐性强的品系明显不同。经筛选,植株的盐害指数、株高、茎粗、干物质量、根系与地上部干鲜比可以作为鉴别番茄耐盐性大小的指标,同时,NaCl胁迫溶液浓度选用100~150mmol/L效果较好。 Five different concentration of NaCI solution,0,50,100,150,200 mnol/L was used to treat with different tomato lines. Results showed that Strains with different salt tolerant ability behaved differendy, Strains with weal salt tolerance (SWST) was weaker than those with strong salt tolerance(SSST) ;Compared to the SSST,the plant height,steln thickness and dry matter of SWST were declined obviously;the ratio of freshweigh to dry weight and salt injure index was different among different strains. The salt injure index, plant height,stein thickness,dry matter weight,and the ratio of fresh weight to dry weight in both root and shoot were screened as salt tolerance index,and the result was better when the seedlings were treated under 100-150 mmol/L .
