摘要
结合某小区住宅楼的工程概况,分析了该楼出现裂缝、下沉、倾斜的原因,确定了加固方案,介绍了双管双液压力注浆法的施工要点,加固结果显示,其效果良好。
Combined with residential building project survey in one residential district, it analyzes the reasons of crack, settlement and leaning appearing in this building and determines reinforcing scheme, and introduces construction points of the double-tube and two-fluid press injecting slurry method. The reinforcing results Show the effect is good.
