摘要
从承包商与监理人员应做的工作、质量通病的防治、施工组织设计的编制三方面介绍了建筑工程事前控制内容,阐述了施工中人、机、料、方法、环境五方面的控制措施,提出了事后控制要点,明确了工程质量的检查方法。
The article introduces pre-control contents of building engineering from the jobs should be done by contractor and supervisor, prevention and cure of quality faults, and the inventory of construction managment planning, illustrates measures to oontrol workers, machines, materials, methods and environment in construction, proposes post-control dements, and points out the method to detect construction quality.
