摘要
结合苏州的生活文化背景,对现有解决停车问题的措施进行了介绍,并对其进行了可行性分析,提出通过建立社区自治体制的方式,有效地利用非居住用地的改进建议,从而有效地解决了居住小区的停车问题。
Combined with the living civilization background, it introduces the existing measures solving parking problem, analyzes the feasibility, and brings forward improved suggestions to use the non-residential land effectively through building community autonomy system, which will solve the parking problem in the residential region effectively.
