摘要
从煤堆积水中分离得到氧化亚铁硫杆菌,利用该菌种对线路板中的Cu进行了浸出实验。研究了不同线路板粉末添加量对浸出效果的影响,在220mL溶液中添加量为2.2、4.4g时Cu的浸出率很快达到了90%,而添加量为11.0、22.0g时浸出率表现了缓慢上升,在15d左右达到了90%。观察了浸出过程中铁浓度及价态的变化,结果表明,浸出初期随着添加量的增加,Fe2+增加明显,但是随着浸出时间的推移,Fe3+、Fe2+和总Fe都呈现降低趋势。
Thiobacillus ferroo:ridans isolated from a coal dump seeper was acclimated in the lab and then employed for leaching of copper from pulverized printed circuit board particles (〈80 mesh, 10.4% Cu) in 500 mL flasks under 130 r/min of shaking at 30 ℃ and an initial pH of 2.00. The effect of composition of the panicles-culturing solution mixture on leaching efficiency was evaluated. Bioleaching was effective; 90% leaching of the copper content was accomplished in 〈10 d for mixtures containing 10-20 g/L of the particles and about 15 d for mixtures with more particles (50-100 g/L). The ferrous ion concentration of the mixture rose with increasing particle dose in the early stage (1 -2 d) of leaching and then declined gradually. The ferric ion concentration and total iron ion concentration both declined during the course of leaching due to precipitation as the mixture pH increased over the long period of treatment.
