摘要 采用X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜研究了快速凝固得到的Zn-32wt%Al-2wt%Cu-6wt%Si合金于100℃时效的相变过程,表明快速凝固得到的合金组织较均匀,时效过程中发生了Cellular反应以及调幅分解,时效初期的主要机制是Cellular反应,以后是两者并存,后期的机制以调幅分解为主。 The study of phase transformation of the captioned alloy during ageing at 100℃ was performed by using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The rapaid solidification was realized by single roll melt spinning technique. It is shown that the microstructure of the alloy thus prepared is mere uniform than that of the same alloy prepared by conventional process after ageing. The phase transformations occurring during aging consist of both cellular reaction and spinodal decompositions with the former prevailing at the early stage of ageing and the latter prevailing at the late stage of ageing while both coexisting at the middle stage of ageing.
