摘要
目的评价切开复位内固定术在跟骨骨折治疗中的效果。方法运用重建钢板对76例87侧跟骨骨折患者进行治疗，骨折分型采用Sanders分型法，87侧骨折全部随访，随访时间6～30个月，平均18．0个月。结果按天津张铁良足部评分系统评价术后功能，本组87侧骨折中，优48侧，良27侧，可12侧，优良率86．2％。结论手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种较好的方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for ealeaneal fracture. Method Reconstruction plate were used in 87 ealeaneal fractures of 76 patients, those fractures were classified accoming to Sanders classification and 87 fractures were followed - up from 6 - 30 months （ average 18.0 months）. Result Evaluated with the TianJin Zhang Teiliang Foot Score, the excellent results occurred in 48, good in 27, fair in 12, the rate of excellent and good clinical results were 86.2 percent. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is a good treatment method for ealeaneus fracture.
