摘要 目的探讨黄芪对糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞透明质酸合酶mRNA及透明质酸的影响。方法用含/未含黄芪的培养液培养糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞,RT-PCR检测透明质酸合酶mRNA表达,放免法检测培养上清液中透明质酸含量。结果用含黄芪的培养液培养的糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞透明质酸合酶mRNA表达及培养上清液中透明质酸含量高于未含黄芪的培养液培养的细胞,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪能上调糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞透明质酸合酶mRNA表达和促进透明质酸的合成。 Objective To study the hyaluronan synthase mRNA expression and hyaluronan effect of Astraglus on fibroblasts in diabetic foot ulcer. Methods The changes of hyaluronan synthase mRNA expression were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and hyaluronan content was detected by radioimmunity method. Results It showed that hyaluro- nan synthase mRNA expressions and hyaluronan content cultured with Astraglus were significantly higher compared with those without Astraglus(P〈0.05). Conclusions These results sug- gest that Astraglus has a certain effect to up-regulated byaluronan synthase mRNA expression and enhance byaluronan synthesized on fibroblasts in diabetic foot ulcer.
