摘要
研究菜籽油脂肪酸结构、组成特性、提出菜籽油“预酯化—醇解—蒸馏”工艺路线。试验研究表明，该工艺具有工艺合理，技术易行、产品纯度高、收率高、副产品附加值高、投资省。对各种油质包括酸败变质的高酸价油料均可用作原料，综合技术经济效益显著。是一条适合我国国情的芥酸产品开发的有效途径。
Through research of the construction and component characteristies of fat acid of rape oil. The writers found that the process of erucic acid preparation from rape oil mainly consist of following steps: preesterication-alcoholysis-distillation. The experiment results show that this process is reasonable,easy in technique,high purity and recovery of product. high add value of by-product,more saving in investment and remarkable tech -economic effect. It is an advantageous way to develop erucic acid products for our nation.
