摘要
我国广大农村地区的人力资源的开发水平还很低,严重影响了我国农业的发展和农村剩余劳动力的转移。针对这种情况,提出了一些解决办法,旨在有效开发农村人力资源,加快社会主义新农村建设。
At present, the development level of human resources in rural China was still very low, which seriously influenced agricultural development of our country and the transformation of the surplus rural labor force in countryside. Some solutions to this situation were proposed in this paper in order to develop the rural human resources effectively as well as to accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside.
