摘要
电子商务是人类历史上继农业革命、工业革命、科技革命后的第4次产业革命——商务革命。目前全球上网企业数以百万计,上网用户数则上亿计。中国企业在商务运作中应发现和重视“文化鸿沟”这一现象,借鉴和比较其他国家的文化。文章以极具代表性的中国和美国为例,找出两者之间的文化差异,探讨并提出推动国际电子商务和谐发展的对策和措施。
Electronic commerce is the fourth industry revolution commerce revolution following the agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution and the technical revolution in the human history. At present, there are millions enterprises and hundred million users accessing the internet. The Chinese enterprises should discover and regard the phenomena of "culture difference" in the commerce operation, refer and compare other countries' culture. Taking China and America as the examples, this paper found culture differences between them, and put forward some strategies and measures for promoting harmonious development of the electronic commerce.
