摘要
有着巨大市场潜力的片上系统(SoC)越来越成为业界广泛关注的焦点,其技术也变得越来越错综复杂,而制约其发展的关键因素是有效的电子设计自动化(EDA)工具。文章从两个方面说明了当今EDA工具存在的主要问题,并阐述了EDA工具对SoC设计的深远影响。
SoC（System on a Chip） technology has lots of market potential, but available EDA （Electronic Design Automatic） design tools limit the development of SoC design. This paper discusses the main problem in today＇s EDA tools in two aspects and how important EDA tools are in SoC design field in the future.
