摘要
平面关节型机械手是应用最广泛的机械手类型之一,它广泛应用于工业自动化生产领域,但其工作过程中精确定位和运行平稳性还存在着某些缺陷。文章针对其运动的特点,分析了在竖向荷载作用下,不同水平位置具有不同竖向位移量的性质,从而提出了在设计与控制机械手时应注意精确定位和运动引起振动的问题。
Plane articulation arm is one of the most automation field too. A few of defects still exist in extensive arm types, and it is widely used in industrial pinpoint and running stability of working process. Aiming at the character of movement, the property of different vertical displacement at different position subjected to vertical loads is analyzed. The problem of pinpoint and running stability of working process should be paid more attention in designing and controlling the arm.
