摘要
实施西部开发战略、加快中西部地区发展是中国现代化建设的重要组成部分。然而,随着西部大开发战略的实施,西部生态环境也逐步突显;改善生态环境、探讨西部生态环境建设的途径,已成为西部地区的开发建设必须首先研究解决的一个重大课题。在实行依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的今天,法律对西部生态环境建设的保障作用尤为明显,积极采取各种法律措施,保护和治理西部生态环境,已经成为我国西部生态环境建设的最佳选择。
It＇s an important constituent to implement the western region development in China and speeds up the mid -west area development in the China modernization. However, along with the western region development strategy implementation, the ecological environment problems also gradually reveal. It has became the first important issue need to be studied to improve the ecological environment and discuss the way to ecological environment construction. In today which the State upholding the uniformity and dignity of the socialist legal system, law plays obviously assure act on the western ecological environment construction. It has already become the best choice in our country＇s western ecological environment construction to positively take each kind of legal measure and protect and govern the western ecological environment.
