集成涡流板分离系统的火用分析

摘要 依据热力学第一、第二定律,建立适合集成涡流板系统火用分析的热力学模型。结合实验对集成涡流板系统进行火用分析,得到入口压力、温度、涡流室数量等因素对集成涡流板系统的火用效率的影响,为集成涡流板理论与实验研究提供一种新的途径。 Basing on the first and second law of thermodynamics , thermodynamics model was set up firstly , which was suitable for the exergy analyses of integrated vortex board energy separation, then the relationships of exergy efficiency and irreversibility were obtained. Combining with the experiment data , the exergy of the integrated vortex board energy separation system was analyzed, in view of the effect of inlet pressure, inlet temperature and the amount of vortex rooms on exergy efficiency. It was new approach to study the integrated vortex board with theory and experiment.
